The White Horse

The White Horse was rebuilt in the 1930s and its exterior character is the Art Deco of the period. The ironwork of a small balcony depicts a prancing horse, the inspiration for its imaginative pub sign. Inside it is a stylish, modern pub, which has retained some of its old panelling. Close by is Carnaby Street, which in the 1960s, embodied the spirit of "swinging London" and was at the cutting edge of fashion. Fortunately, one thing that never goes out of fashion in this pub is serving a great pint.
